FAQ

"Do I need photo ID to enter?"

Yes! You must be 21 and have a valid unexpired government issued photo ID. No exceptions.

"Do you have ADA accessible tickets?" Yes. While our venue is standing room only, we do have an ADA section for qualified patrons. We also have ADA access into the building and ADA restrooms. We suggest you get to the venue early for best viewing options in the ADA area. The ADA area doesn’t fill up often, but depending on the show, it might. If you’re able, arrive ten minutes before doors and speak to our staff and we will do our best to get you into the building as soon as doors open. Please note that each ADA guest is allowed one extra guest into the ADA area.
"Can I buy Pre-Sale tickets in person at the bar?" No.  We partner with DICE.com to provide Presale tickets through our website. Tickets are available to purchase in person at the bar beginning at the time doors open for that show. Shows are subject to sell out so we recommend buying a presale ticket online to guarantee your entry.  For non sold out shows tickets are always available at the door.
"If a show sells out online, can I still buy tickets at doors?" We highly recommend purchasing presale tickets, however, there are a limited amount of tickets released day of show for sold out shows that can be purchased at doors.  We recommend arriving early to get a good place in line.
"Where should I park?" We have a large parking lot on Gladys and Anaheim St directly connected to our building.  You will see a large mural and any spaces surrounding the mural and the building are free to park!  DO NOT PARK IN THE AUTO ZONE PARKING LOT! YOU WILL BE TOWED!  We do not recommend over night parking.
"What is your bag policy?" No backpacks.  No weapons.  No Firearms. No Knives. No outside beverages.
"Is there a dress code?" No Cuts, Colors or Gang Affiliated attire. You must have a top, bottoms, and shoes to enter the venue.
"When is Karaoke?"
Tuesday Nights at 8pm!
"Are Dogs Allowed?"
We love animals! We allow service animals according to Title II and Title III of the ADA regulations.  Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under the current ADA guidelines. We have an outdoor patio where you are welcome to bring your dog assuming all risks.  We are not responsible for any harm caused to or by your pet.  By bringing your pet into our outdoor patio you are agreeing to these terms.
"When does the show start?"
Start times are listed on the website for each show. Set times for each act and headliner change with each lineup. Keep in mind that the “show start time” may mean the headliner, one opening act, or several opening acts.
"What are the set times for the show?  When does the show end? Typically we don’t receive the show’s set times until the day of the show. We urge patrons to show up around door time of the event to get the most out of their ticket purchase.  Matinee shows typically end at 8pm if there is a night show to follow, if there is no other event Matinee shows can go until the bar closes at 2AM.

"Is there a lost and found?"

Yes! We hold items in our back office for 30 days.  Items left after 30 days will be donated to local charity.  We always contact owners of lost IDs and phones and wallets whenever possible.
